Transferring Data

You can continue your game on a new device by performing a data transfer.
You should write down your transfer code to recover your data in case you should lose your phone or experience some other serious issue.

Data cannot be transferred via iTunes, iCloud, or any other data backup service.

You may be unable to receive purchased lapis if you change devices before your lapis purchase is complete.


How to Transfer Data

Home > Menu > Data Transfer > Issue
Set your password, then tap OK
You transfer code (a 12-character code), password, and validity period will be displayed. Please write them down so you do not lose them.

After changing devices or upgrading your OS and installing the app, you can transfer your data by loading the app and tapping the Recover button on the bottom right, then Data Transfer, or by going to Options and tapping Data Transfer then Transfer, and entering your transfer code and password.


Your Inquiry Code

Your inquiry code is a 12-character alphanumeric code that identifies you as the owner of your data, and is necessary when contacting customer support.

* This is different from your 8-character player ID (also known as your friend ID).

If for some reason you are unable to perform a data transfer (for example, if your transfer code's validity period has expired), we can provide you with a new transfer code if you contact us using your inquiry code.
